Alliance Carpet Cleaning

I called to make an appointment for friday. It was confirmed between 2-4pm and I was quoted the of $79 for my living room. The company never showed up on friday nor did they call. I called them to complain and was told sorry they would be by today between 1-4pm and would give me a discount for the trouble. They didn't show up at my house till 5pm. I was nice about until they finshed and tried to charge me $90. I asked what kind of discount it was and the tech passed me on to his boss. Needless to say I was charged $80 and my carpets look like crap. I get them cleaned every 3-4 months and I will never use alliance again. They were unprofessional and a rip off. Beware!!!

had them clean my carpet did a very good job. so i decided to have them repair my carpet rick did a great job but didnt finish. told me he would be back to finnish the job but never showed. called to have him come back and was told that i would have to pay extra to finish the job.

These guys did an awsome job on my Condo. They also gave me a great deal. Thanks again.

I never take the time to do this review thing. But this is an exception. I own a lot of property over Las Vegas. As we know the economy has seen better times. I was looking to cut costs any way possible. I spent over 14 thousand dollars last year alone. I called Alliance Carpet to clean some carpet that for sure had to be replaced. Rick the lead tech, said he could get it clean or I did not have to pay a dime. I gave him the thumbs up, I left to close on a deal. Two hours later I opened the front door. I had thought someone laid new carpet down. Criss Angel himself would be impressed!!!!!

( I'm a big fan ) I had Alliance do 4 more houses in the past month. Saved an easy 4k Try them out

Carpets and Tile look like new again. I highly reccommend them they do a great job....

Fantasic work and have great prices. We had pet stains and they where able to get them out with no problem. I highly reccommend
