I hate dealing with leaks, I'm usually very quick to call the plumber. This plumber came within 2 hours , and left 20 minutes later, problem solved. I'd use them again!

A house I recently purchased had problems with the septic tank; the guy (whose name I don't quite recall) quickly came out and discussed repair options with me. In the end, I've been very happy with the service and the repairs. All Pro was always easy to get hold of, kept me updated on progress and options, and worked hard to keep the price reasonable despite the large amount of labor involved. These guys really go out of their way to help me. On one occasion I had to replace a pump, that was under warranty; it was readily available without any issues. They knew what they were talking about and were good at what they do.

Ok, so we got up this morning to a shower full of Yucky stuff, the toilets were all full. We began by calling those companies we had seen locally where we live. None of which answered our call. When we did finally reach one they recommended All Pro Sep-Tech. We gave them a call and explained our problem. The owner then explained how much it would be to pump our tank, but stated that he did not think that our problem was a full tank. Instead he gave us some instructions on how to check and verify the problem. We followed his instructions and found that it was just a clogged pipe which I was able to clear in 10 minutes. Now he could have very easily charged me the $300 and fixed the problem. I would have been satisfied and never would have know the difference. However the honor and integrity of this man and his business showed through as clearly as any spot light in the darkest night. I would recommend them to any one in need.

Septic started backing up...I called and they helped me over the phone to keep my house from flooding, finding the tank ( so I could save a little money).When I was ready for the tank to be emptied they came the same day when they said they would be there. Good service. I called and I was able to get my septic cleaned, even though it was late in the day when I called. You all work for the customer. The price was within reason, since I am retired on a fixed income. All technicians and helpers that have been here to take care of my septic problems were courteous and nice.
