I was not satisfied with the quality of service, as I was charged for shrub pruning that never happened and the owner was unsympathetic and said there was no proof. Additionally, a large pile of leaves left at the end of the day was then blown in to the back corner of my lot, rather than being removed by truck. The lawn staff guys who come out seem ready to help me and pretty friendly. The price was not fair or competitive, as I was charged $45 per hour for leaf removal after the fact, and not informed of this price before services were provided. They have rider mowers, blowers, and a leaf removal truck. My concerns and dissatisfaction lay with the owner, Mike Savage, rather than with his workers who seem polite. Will not use again.
