Spent $2000 on gutters. Do not drain correctly. Water pours over edge. Will not return phone call to come and adjust. Just like having no gutters at all

After having a miscommunication about the expectations of the job I was very disappointed with this company. The way they handled the problem was quite rude and unnecessary. Customer service is obviously not a priority. Would not recommend them based solely on their attitude and lack of customer service. Not to mention the cigarette ashes left behind on my children's outside play area.

They were recommended to us by our very good friend Don Morgan, he has done a lot of work in our house in McDonough, Ga. They completed the job very quickly without any delays. They installed gutter and rerouted 2 downspouts for our deck. After the first rain we realized that downspouts are licking big time out of all the seams and water keeps going down the house wall. I called Lori several times left several messages she didn't call me back untill I call our friend Don Morgan asking to contact them directly:) Lori called back reasuring me that they will come back to correct the problem, we set up the date. When the date came, she called saying that they had family emergency and they wanted to postpone the meeting. That was either November or December 2011 (I should have written down the date, never thought I'd need it) . I haven't heard from them scince.

The job was done on 09-22-11 and paid in full on the same day. I am not sure what is going on with this company but customer service is definetly not their priority. If you are looking for the so so company-here they are.

BY far the best gutters ive seen in a long time. Ive had 3 differnt gutter companys come out and do my gutters, to no suprise all trys were failed attempts, then i decide to give all of georgia gutters a chance . they did a GREAT job . they replaced all of my gutter , every pieace of gutter was perfect legnth no leaks at all witch means my yard looks perfect. they cleaned up all there mess no a bit of gutter left behind. they did it in such a quick time i hardly evan got to see them . compared to my before attempts who spent nearly a full day and was junk.All of georgia gutters is a very good commpany very nice people and i highly recommend.!

Hired this company to replace the gutters on my house. Big mistake ! They where to remove the old gutters inspect the wood under them for rot. They did not properly inspect the wood for rot . They installed the new gutters right over rotten wood, a hole almost big as your fist. Needless to say the first heavy rain of the fall, rain pours in the hole and into the house. Called them, they said they would be at my house on Monday at 12pm. to look at the damage. No surprise no show.



Don't let them near your house.
