I found them, they are local and the lady that answered was super friendly. She was able to give me a little detail about the way they work. They had a service call fee that did go towards the cost of what I was having done.

Professional hard working company. They are local in the area. You know I've had my garage door serviced before by other companies and slowly I have been having a real hard time calling them back because the whole process was either bad or i just felt like I couldn't trust them. But it was very different with this company, from the beginning I felt like I would be able to trust them. this company works 24/7 I had a big emergency at 10pm. my in-laws were coming in that night I was suppose to pick them up from the airport at 3am in the morning but that night at 10pm my garage did not want to budge and it was holding my door hostage. I called over 20 companies but none were open or no answer, until I found this company. They answered and they said yes, they sent someone out within a 20 minute period!!! he was there. He found the problem and he fixed it and I was at the airport on time.
