Negative stars if I can help it! I used them through a home warranty company. The technician rattled a laundry list of things to be done including how close the unit was to the wall (it's a newer home & on a pad to code); how dirty the coils were etc amounting up to over $500 worth of repairs - which would have been ok, but before he finished he started to promote their "maintenance plan". An obvious red-flag!!! When I declined their service even after paying them $60 service, they called back and tried to "make a deal". I had to ask for a second opinion through the warranty company, which had the problem fixed without any of the fuss. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!

I have used this company for both heating and air conditioning repairs and replacement. These guys went out of their way to fix what they could and replace the things that were beyond repair. They clearly explained the big problems and even thought about small things, like the vents that blew too strongly. They worked with my schedule and followed through thoughtfully. I strongly recommend this company.
