Absolute Environmental

Absolute Environment came out to pump out my septic tank. When they arrived, they asked where my septic tank was located, I told them I didn't know. The guy that was suppose to go under the house and find where the line was going in the ground decided he would not go under the house because he was afraid of a possible snake and asked me, the paying customer, to crawl under and do his job. I have a separate line for my grey water of the kitchen side, the guy assumes that is where the septic tank is and begins to dig. They don't find the septic tank there and in the process knocks the pipe loose for the grey water and never put it back. They used foul language in front of children several times with no regard or respect for anyone. They never pumped out the septic tank due to they felt I needed a whole new system and could never find the field line leading to the tank. I paid 150 dollars for them to tear up my lawn that is still not fixed in the back, break loose my grey water drain, and be completely unprofessional. It was an absolute terrible experience with Absolute Environmental.

On 6/18/2015 I hired this company to install a new septic tank system in Etowah County Alabama.
I paid them in full up front the full amount of the quoted price, a total of $3,800.00. It is now 12/23/2015 and the job is still incomplete. I asked for a refund and I get a letter from their attourney stating that my payment is nonrefundable. I paid these people in good faith $3,800.00 to do a job and they still have not finished. I would not recommend this company to anyone no matter how small the job. Please spread the word.

If I could give zero stars I would. The communication is non-existent (except Lisa who was the ONLY competent person we spoke to), the owner is unprofessional, and will upcharge you unreasonable amounts. They said we needed new field lines (how they knew this I'll never know as they were not checked) but I've since had two companies out who say our lines are fine. The owner cussed out my husband when we said we would not work with them anymore. The owner also threatened legal action if I posted any negative reviews. He also likes to use the Health Department to intimidate his clients. He will tell you if you don't let him finish the job he will send the Health Department's inspectors out to come and condemn your home. This ordeal began on 11/10/17 and is unfinished as of 11/21/17. We ate our deposit as he would not refund it, though no more than 2 hours of work was done. We used another company who got the job done promptly, and charged over $5,000 dollars less. Please feel free to contact me if you'd like the full timeline of horrible service.

I contacted the company concerning a rental house I own in the Calhoun county area. The team came out immediately to anaylze the problem and provide a solution. They installed everything that was needed to repair the field lines to include replacing the pipes. They were overall punctional, professional and performed work expediantly at the very best price within the surrounding area. I highly recommend using this company!

I contacted Absolute Environmental around 8am and explained my plight with plumbing problems. I was asked a series of questions over the phone and then promptly was assigned a team to my area to assess my situation thoroughly that afternoon. Additionally, I was provided a full description of the potential works involved along with up front pricing. Once the assigned team arrived, a thorough review was conducted, resulting with technician's initial assessment proved to be correct with my septic tank lines.

The team's professional attitude, courteous and respectful mannerism were above and beyond my expectation. I would strongly recommend this company to include they were $100 cheaper than other competitive companies in the area.
