Called this company to come do a quick season service call. Expected them to replace filter in the house, which he never even looked at, let alone replace.. He went out back to the unit and without a word to us replaced parts that didn't need replacing. I insisted that he give me the old parts which he did not want to do, but he did hand them over. I took the parts to another AC repair company and they told me there was nothing wrong with these parts and that they didn't need replacing. Also they charged me 3 times what they should have for the parts, plus installation. I have the receipts from when I purchased the parts he replaced. They were only 1-2 yrs old with 5 year warranties on them.
