A1 Air Conditioning & Heating

Had used them in the past and was okay with the cosutmer service till today. They had worked on my AC and replaced the motom less then 2 years ago. Worked fine afterward and got told I am good on Freon last year. Today I got more of estamaint the coast over the Freon and how much I usely pay. I said less then $ 120 last time. Problem is that he was more worried about how much $$ I spend on bill then exlaly going out there and check what is wrong with my unit. I asked him how much is this unit hold and he said 9 and needed 6. So he gave me before a esamte of over $400 before knowing whats worng with it . On top I had to ask him how come I got no Freon in when last time was toped with 2 units 2 years ago and checked on it last year. EMMM you got a leak! Talking to the owner didn't get me anywhere, he wasn't there to see the situation and behavior of his clerk action. I don't appreciate ppl trying to tell me how I should feel about a situation when he wasn't even present to experience. On top of it , I asked him to finish and fill it so we done and not futrue busniss is need bc I wasn't happy . Cleark speed up in his car , its a 25 zone with kids just saying. Oh did I mention that they never let me know or called back that one of their technition is on its way!! I am here calling after hours some one else bc they took to long and left me dry! Do your self a favore and ask questions directly and resource before you hire them. BAD SERVICE!!!!!

This company did absolutely horrible and it only got worse. They told us that the inside unit of our central air needed replaced, after spending the 1500 to do that we then noticed it still wasn't cooling our house. So the boss comes out sprays down my a/c and leaves. I come home three days later to the inside unit dumping water all over my carpet and brand new flooring. Turns out the guy didn't put the right air release in the drain pipe. So he fixes that then leaves. Then my husband sees he has completely cracked the cement under hte air conditioner with his equipment. So we call the boss who gives us a hundred excuses and finally agrees to replace it and refund us the money for the laminate floor. Now here it is four days later, I still have a cracked slab under my a/c. still havn't gotten any money back, AND my a/c still isn't working. DONT USE THESE GUYS, they are full of excuses and dont know what they are doing.
