A Swan's Touch Cleaning

I employed this service for a "whole house cleaning" in preparation for listing my home for sale. Ericka, the owner, came on time for the estimate appointment and quoted a fair price. She was also able to setup a carpet cleaning through a private company that she partners with for that specific service. She called back with the carpet quote within 2 hours and set up the carpet cleaning appointment for me after I approved the dollar amount. She said she would do the cleaning the day after the carpets were done. The carpets were done yesterday, as planned. Ericka returned today to do the cleaning. In 4 and one-half hours, she transformed my home to a sparkling show piece (especially the kitchen, fridge, stove and bathrooms) . I wil use her service again and recommend her to family and friends

I would never recommend this cleaning service to anyone. I contacted A Swans Touch Cleaning aprox two weeks ago. The woman i spoke with seemed very nice and accomodating, so I scheduled an appointment for her to come clean my home. I also let her know that i would be taking a day off of work to meet her. The scheduled date/time rolled around and no one showed up. I thought, maybe they are just running late, but after 2 hours of sitting around on my day off, i decided to call. Turns out the woman had been in a fender bender the day before i couldn't work. She apologized for not calling me to let me know and said she could "possibly" squeeze me in the following Friday. I was very upset that no one bothered to call to cancel, but because i am a nice person i decided to give her another chance. I took ANOTHER day off of work and scheduled ANOTHER appointment and when the scheduled date/time rolled around... wait for it... that's right folks.. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! Not only did i take two days off of work, reschedule a doctors appointment, but i have still not received a return phone call from my several messages. If you are looking for a cleaning company that is reliable, trustworthy and respects your time, i certainly would NOT hire A SWANS TOUCH CLEANING. I can't believe people actually do busiess this way. I am appauled!!!
