A.S.A.P Construction & Maintenance Company

BEWARE.... Jim Pinson claims to own this construction Company. He will tell you he is licensed and insured and will even give you a insurance paper. Look at it carefully. He wrote me a contract on this company A.S.A.P construction and gave me a paper showing he was insured. After following up on this information when things kept throwing up red flags for me I discovered that is business is no long a legitimate company and the insurance certificate he provided was for expired insurance. After paying this man over $4,000 over a 3 month period for a job that he told me would take 3 to 4 weeks to complete, he has left the job and I now have to hire someone to come and FIX all the stuff that he messed up and left unfinished. He will demand money up front and constantly drive you crazy requiring what he calls a "draw" and when he has most of the money he will vacate. I have since discovered that he has done this to other people. I also had some of the people he had hired to work on the project to come tell me that he did not pay him. Do Not Trust this man if you want a job done right. It has been a nightmare dealing with this person.

Don't do it. I had a bad experience. Jim Pinson took a retainer for the work but never showed up. I'm now talking to a lawyer.
