A.L.S. installed our alarm system in our 1st vacation rental property and we were so happy with the results that we just recently had them come to our second investment property and install the alarm system and exchange out all the smoke detectors. Arthur is picky and only likes top of the line products and uses the best batteries - he buys in bulk so that we , his customers, receive the best at a lower cost! I like that!!! We look forward to A.L.S. coming to our third investment property and equipping it as well. Also, on our second property, the heavy hinges on the front door were bent and Arthur used a special tool to straighten them out - it was a perfect fix and there was no charge! A company you can trust.

As a UK resident with property in Central Florida near Orlando it is always difficult to find local businesses you can rely on and trust implicitly, so it was inspiring to stumble across Arthur by chance. Originally we engaged him just to upgrade the front door lock and hinges as a precaution when neighbours' properties were being broken into, but after talking to Arthur and getting to know him, we had him upgrade all the exterior door locks, and replace the existing alarm with his system. Nothing is too much trouble. He is very knowledgable on his trade and the products available. He will only install products he trusts himself. Arthur is honest, trustworthy, and a pleasure to deal with.
