A Hodge Auto Repair

Do not be taken advantage of by these 'mechanics'. On a 14 hour road trip with two small children under the age of 3, we experienced car trouble. When we pulled into A Hodge we must have looked like prime targets to be taken advantage of. We were told our car needed a new engine and it was unsafe to drive. We decided to rent a car to finish our trip and turn the car over to A Hodge for salvage. They said when we mailed the Title, they would send us $150 to cover the car and service they performed (looking at it). When we had time to decompress, we decided we wanted to donate the car to Vehicles for Veterans. When we told A Hodge this, they claimed we owed them $500 for storage of the vehicle and the car would not be allowed off their property. How ridiculous. The owner, Alan, was so rude to my husband over the phone. All for deciding we wanted to donate to someone less fortunate- and the veterans of the USA. Shame on you Alan and A Hodge.

AAA scam. They are contracted sith AAA to tow and guess where your car will end up! At the repair shop they also own. Then you will have to pay a high "estimate" fee to get your vehicle back.

I took my truck to Crittenden tire and lube . They said they would look at my truck and let me know the price. Free estimate not. They took it over to A. Hodge they never called me it was gettin late so I called them. They was very rude they told me all the problems. I told them to fix a couple of them so I could take it home to fix the rest myself. He said if they couldn't do it all then they didn't want to do anything. I said ok I'll pick it up and take it somewhere else. He said it would be 35.00 for the estimate when I was told it would be free. I recommend Dave's auto . I would never use A.Hodge ever. Don't get burned.

I had my car towed by this company due to an accident in Crittenden last week. My s-10 was totaled and Hodge's was contacted by the sheriff's dept. to tow my vehicle. The charges that I incurred was outrageous especially since it was a 1 mile tow at best. Don't you have to have qualifications to be on a Police Rotation or your drivers be trained ? They done more damage to my truck than the accident itself. Would not recommend them for anything sorry !!!

I have been to A Hodge twice now and on each occasion, they have made every effort to help me in anyway they could. Their customer service is top notch, their work is quick and efficient, and their prices are the lowest in the region. If you are tired of those big chains treating you like you should be honored to just walk into their location, then stop by A Hodge for an unforgettable and friendly experience.

My mother was traveling south on I-75 from Michigan and broke down at mile marker 167, she called 911 and they could not heip her. She called me in Georgia and I got on the internet and after a lot of searching and calling I found A Hodge auto repair. They was very nice and courtious and they said they would go right out and get her. Very prompt they went out and towed her in to the garage, she has bad knees she could'nt get up in the tow truck so they called back to the shop and had a car come and get her and her friend. they accessed the problem and got her on her way in no time. I highly recommend this bussiness to anyone that needs a tow or auto repair in that area.
