        I have a Rheem Tankless Water heater Model PTG-74XN (made by Paloma) & Mr. Luzzi is the 3rd 'so called' repairman out to fix it. I found him to be the only one whom carried the proper diagnostic tools on the truck for it & has enough experience to diagnose the problem by product familarity. He also understood the importance of getting the heater fixed ASAP. As it goes, circuit boards are touchy and unfortunately he had to return (unexpectedly), but came right back out without additional charges. I would not use anyone else on a tankless.
