HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I hired Doug Lara and his company back in December 2011. He extracted 3 of my 15 ft palm trees, and left my yard a complete mess. He was supposed to redo my entire front yard.I was given a contract with a fake license number on it (i found that out later). My yard has big holes in it, my grass is gone and I haven't heard from him. He doesn't return phone calls, text messages or emails. I'm so disappointed, and my yard looks disgraceful!! Please do not use this company! Thank God for karma...Oh yeah, and that F rating he has with the BBB was given my me! I contacted them as well!
