A & D Property Services

PART 1: I was given this number by a realtor, who by the way never used them himself (which explains a lot) he just happen to have the name and I looked it up on the internet for the website & phone number. The website looked pretty good and they had references there so I thought I’d give them a try…..…Well…….This company is run by a bunch of ignorant a**s unprofessional people! When I first called whoever answered the phone sounded like she was at home laying down watching TV, and the phone rang just as she started to dose off. I should have hung up right then and there, but I listened as she stammered and tried to gain some sort of composure so she could take down my info. I mean the phone was rustling & everything! I was confused, because on the website they claimed to have a call center “operators standing by” and all, but I called and THIS is what I get!? Anyways she finally found a pen, I gave her my info/property address and told her I have a vacant home where I want the grass cut on a bi-weekly basis and I have a small pile of debris in the back yard that I want discarded in the trash. Mind you the grass was just cut like 2.5 weeks ago and wasn’t that long at all. She said someone would be calling me back with a quote. It was 2 days before I heard anything back so I called to follow up. I asked what was happening with my quote & asked why I hadn’t heard back from them. The rep gave me some lame excuse but assured me that she would "personally" make sure the person in charge would get my info & be giving me a call back with a quote. Someone did call me back later that day, but he didn’t have a quote ready. He again takes down the SAME info I had already given to the 2 reps I spoke to before him! SO I give him the same info & work I need done AGIN. He said they have to come out to the property & look at it in order to be given a proper quote. I was already explained that and thought that after 2 days that had been done....... So, a week passes by……..Yes, a WEEK! It's been a whole week and no word. So I called them again and spoke with the same female who "personally" made sure the guy got my info etc. She gave me, again, some lame excuse and said that there was something written up BUT it wasn’t official because the owner hadn't signed off on it yet. She said she email a copy of the document to me “as a favor”. Her "allowing" me to see it was her doing me a freakin favor. Seriously!?...... Anyway, I got several emails from her and the attached doc’s were both Excel and .pdf files. ….So I looked at them and do you know these people had $200 for an initial grass cut & $75 for weekly cutting!? Then on the other doc it said $300 for debris removal (a small pile of debris *already in a damn pile* that I asked them to include in the quote). They wanted almost $600 for all this!? I waited a week for this crap?
