A B W Roofing & Construction

I signed a contract with this company nov.5, and it has been one excuse after another. Today I find out, he never purchased our equipment and has already spent our deposit. He can't pay us back our money. My husband and I are taking legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. To make things worse, when we went don't to the magistrate court and started explaining the situation, they said "oh, you must be talking about...." They new him by name.

This not a very honest company! They will take your deposit and promises to do the work by the date stated on the contract....but will not do it until weeks or month later. They will not honor the contract but expect you to!! I would beware and and advise against hirering this company! !
