A-American Sliding Door

My husband and I had the misfortune of doing business with Mark Edgeworth, owner and operator of A American Sliding Door. I don't know where they got the "A" in their name from but it should be F-American Sliding Door because for us, they didn't make the grade. We spent over $200 on a sliding screen door for our modular home which does not close properly. (see picture). The one-year warranty they guaranteed was useless and was never honored. When we called them to come out and fix it, they argued saying that our home had shifted but they never came out to see it. Funny. Our sliding glass door which was there first, works and closes fine. Mark actually cussed at my husband, spewing expletives that would make a sailor blush and then, had the audacity to HUNG UP on him! Buyer be VERY AWARE!

We recently had a gardener shatter a large window at our home with a rock and a weed wacker. We contacted A-American Sliding door within minutes of the incident for them to come out and give us an estimate. The owner, Mark, was on time as promised and was very professional. The estimate was reasonable and he was able to order the window right away. Once the window arrived, he came back and replaced the window quickly and cleaned up the inside of our house where he was working. He made sure that all the glass was cleaned up and any debris from replacing the window were gone! I will definitely be contacting A-American Sliding Door again if we need to!! GREAT COMPANY!
