This company was very professional. Worth the time to write a review. From the office to the techs very impressed. The office even called to follow up and make sure we were happy and taken care of.

Experience #2: Based on our first experience with this company, we called them again for a different issue. Based on this experience, we are forced to change our rating of this company. I will start by saying we got a different "plumber" this time. I say that because this guy could not have been a real plumber since my husband had to point out to him that his methods were not legal. The guy acted like that was no big deal. It was apparent he did not know what he was doing was even wrong. We were overcharged and had to call a different company to fix our issue anyway. If they had sent out the plumber we had the first time, we never would have known anything bad about them, but apparently there's a 1 in a million chance that you actually get a guy who knows what he is doing and does it right. Not a chance we will take again. I do not believe this employee's lack of skill/ability/knowledge is something that could have escaped his employer which to me indicates a lack of ethics overall. They sent us a person who was not qualified to do the work he charged us for. Very disappointing.

Experience #1: I had a very good experience with American Plumbing. We had a plumber named Brett. He was very knowledgeable, knew what to do, and obviously had experience doing it. We had quite a large, tough job for him to do, and he & his helper worked hard and did a fantastic job for us. Good service is hard to find, but he was well worth what we paid. We will call him again!

I am very happy that we were able to reach agreement!
There was a miscommunication but Jessica Pesnell Office Manager and I came to an agreement. I will use American Plumbing & Septic Service Again.

Called them for a septic tank pumping. Arrived the same day. Very professional will def use them in the future.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional. The guys who showed up to our house wanted to take shortcuts and get out without doing any real work. No ethics whatsoever. That's a top-down problem. When the guy running the show has no moral fiber, it leaks throughout his company. I feel sorry for the poor few who may work at that company and actually have a moral compass. The initial workers did NOTHING to help us. They sent a couple of other guys and one of them seemed to know his stuff, but he seemed to be the EXCEPTION at this company and not the rule if you get my meaning... Plumbing is a tough gig, but it is something that must be done right by people who know what they are doing. My husband and I do NOT recommend this company.

I was getting estimates to have a new water line installed. These guys were not the cheapest but seemed the most knowledgable and professional. I am glad I chose them. Very happy and will for sure use them in the future.

I contacted them to pump a setic tank. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. They were very professional and explained things to me. I will use them again in the future.

I can't believe some of the reviews below. My experience with this company was completely different. The entire experience from initial phone call to completion of job was probably the best overall service from any service company i have ever received. I know you can't judge an entire company on one bad experience.

Well the JOKE was on me. What seemed to be a nice couple of guys came to the house and started working on the issues (two toilets) we requested. They did not have the parts to do the repair in the downstairs bathroom and said they would have to come back. One of the techs came back in house to collect on the bill and we questioned the amount since they did not fix but one toliet. He said he would have to check with the other tech waiting outside. My husband went out there to see why we were being charged so much for the one toliet they supposedly fixed. The tech asksed what the problem was and my husband explained to concern on the price and was told that it was for the serivce call. So we wrote the check and we went to use one the of the repaired toliets and they had NOT EVEN reattached the water lines back to the toliet. So we called the tech to let him know about this and he said it was an honest mistake not offering to come back and hook up what he messed up. Well the conversitation got heated and we called the office or dispatch to report the issues still very upset and was assured that a LEAD would be contacting us on the issue and the LEAD would address issues themselves. We got that call and MAT the LEAD said he would be out on TUESDAY at 4:00 pm. Well we waited, called and waited, called and waited. NEVER CAME OUT NEVER CALLED TO LET US KNOW THAT HE WAS NOT COMING OUT. CALLED this morning and to STEPHANIE (poor thing that answered my call) that we will NO LONGER REQUIRE THIER SERVICES! DO NOT SHOW BACK UP AT MY HOUSE! SLOPPY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ACCOUNTABILITY! WANTED TO GIVE THEM A ZERO RATING BUT CANT!

Lair lair lair. Please don't call this company they are over price and never get the work done. I spend $1000 to fix plumbing at my house. 3 days later same problem so I called them back they ask for extra $2000 to fix it again. I learned my lesson not to use this company again.

Liars and cheats. The owner of this company has not one ethical bone in his body. All about the $$$ in his pocket. God have mercy. Stay away from this place! Surely they're one lawsuit away from disappearing.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company recently. Buyer beware as they are obviously a crooked bunch. They diagnosed my septic system as needing a new baffle and basically a new system. The price they were charging was very excessive and threw up a red flag. I talked to several other people in the industry who said it's very rare to need this done and there are alternatives that are much less expensive. Everyone I have talked to says the same thing. This company over charges and takes advantage of people. Their technicians do nothing but up sell unneeded services and other companies usually have to be called to fix whatever they mess up.

Be careful of this company. They will purposely sabotage existing plumbing and charge you to fix it. They perform numerous illegal activities. they also charge for work they don't even do. I know this FIRST hand.

They send guys who are NOT licensed to do plumbing work! They pretend they are plumbers but cannot produce a journeyman card and admit they don't have one. In fact, I am not sure many of them are registered for plumber apprenticeship either. They call them "helpers" and have no credentials and present themselves as licensed to do work they are NOT licensed to do. A helper should always be accompanied by a LICENSED plumber! Those of you who had bad experience should consider whether the person who did your work was even qualified to do so...and then consider reporting it. Outrageous! ALWAYS ask for credentials!!!!

They pumped my septic tank and also installed a new lid that was broken. The whole experience was very professional. I will definitely recommend!!

BEWARE. Dishonest. They claimed sewage was under house. Well, they did not think a woman would go under house to look. No Sewage. Shame on them for trying to rip off a woman. Worse experience with a company ever.

Worst company ever. If I could give Zero stars, I would.
