i love this dealer,william,chris and tony,these guys are awesome,true to their words,i bought a cadillac sts with 100k mi on it,they helped me get approved on a financing,after i signed all the papers they told me they are going to fix the break light ,reverse light,and the vibration inside the car which is caused by a bad motor mounts,i thought they just told me that for me to feel comfortable,so i just let the days and week passed by,and started looking for my parts to fix the car but it was very expensive the lights and the motor mounts,so i told myself i need to save more to fix my caddy,but after 2 or 3 weeks they called me back and said the lights already arrived and they really take time to fix it,including the motor mounts,for free,isnt that amazing!!!,they really take good care of their customers even after you bought the car,i mean who would do that nowadays,only the star automotive!!!,they are not only after the money but sincerely wants to help people who really needs true help,i am so happy with my caddy right now,i am so thankful for the staff of star automotive,i am not giving them a 5 star but a double happy 5 star excellent rating!!!!!

They helped me get a family car even though I've had a repo in my history. for anybody looking for a second chance to rebuild their credit because other dealer turned you down. well, this is the right place for you. we'll fully recommend this place. the staff are great and friendly. we'll definitely come back to this place to do more business... At first this "dealer" seems awesome! But let me tell you all of it is bull. Lots of fluff to get you in the door and then they don't back up a single thing they say. I got a car from them and was very happy for the first two days, Then the so called "green light inspection" meant nothing. The car is a pile and since having the car i have put over 500 into it in repairs and dio. And when I called them to ask to get it fixed i got nothing but pissy attitudes and then no one would speak to me at all. Needless to say now there is an attorney involved and I would sure hope no one else ever buys from them again. P.S the "Green Light inspection" is not an actual inspection, All it is, Is when an auction house puts a car up for auction it means it is not a salvage and has a clean title, NOTHING to do with the mechanics of the vehicle, And this dealer likes to tell people that he PAYS for one, Which is a lie. Hope this helps, But I would not recommend buying anything from these people there a joke and should be put out of business!
