Lakeview gardens is a good apartment, in a good location, but the owner does not follow the work of the managers, the managers do what they want, there is no feedback, they ignore any problem that needs to be solved. Melissa is at the center of all these problems, which are not being solved, but are getting worse.

The leasing manager Kara seemed very nice when we were signing our lease but after living there for a few months is when I realized that she has NO CLUE how to manage a property. Her husband (big scary guy with a gold earing who never smiles) is the manager of all the maintenance workers. He walks around like he OWNS the place. They are both extremely nosey. One day I left my windows open and I was washing dishes, I turned around to see one of the maintenance men walking by very slowly peering into my window, we made eye contact and he scattered away, very awkward. Kara does not send out receipts after you send your rent check in and she actually lost documentation of 2 months of rent payments. I had to go to my bank and print out statement to prove to her I had paid. These people are very sketchy and fake. When you take a tour of the property they don't tell you that you will be able to hear everything your neighbors are doing, or that it take $5.00 worth of quarters to dry your clothes in the OLD driers they have available. This place is awful due to management, they honestly think they own the place because the Niles company does not take complaints, they just send the complaints back to Kara and then you will have her husband giving you dirty looks the whole time you live there. And that is just the start of it, it gets a lot worse...KEEP AWAY!

I lived at this apartment complex for a couple of years. I really thought that it would be a nice place to live, But boy, was I so wrong!! The manager and her husband really love to intimidate you and try to scare you not to cause problems. The manager charges you ridiculous rates to have your items recycled, because the town of Natick will not pick up any items there at the complex. I reckoned that she made a “deal” with the town to get a profit on it. I know that she charged me a high amount of money to get rid of my old sofa and coffee table and a chest. She told me to put it in the laundry room and bring her the money, which I did. A few weeks later I found out that the items that I had “recycled” were in another tenant’s apartment which was apartment 211. (Yes I physically saw them!!) She said nothing about refunding me my money that Witch!!! The grounds keepers are constantly breaking your stuff that you have on the patios especially if you live on the ground floor, the Manager will not do nothing except give you the number to the company that does the grounds keeping and let you solve your problems with them!! I had to constantly watch them so that they would not blow their garbage on my patio or break the items that I had on it!! Other tenant’s kids within the complex would come by throwing trash around you area and break your items and when you told this wonderful apartment manager about it nothing was done by her!! All she said is that she will talk to them about it!! ( In other words….not nothing ). You had the privilege of putting up with slamming apartment doors, stomping in the hallway, yelling, screaming and crying kids and the tenants made absolutely no effort to control. You constantly had to look to see that they were not trying to steal or break something. When you let the management know that this is a lease violation, she would yell at you to call the police then!! She clearly made it known that she would not do anything about it. Her husband is constantly walking around like he is “Billy Bad ” and constantly is trying to intimidate you with his loud voice and size. During the winter months, you could expect to receive his snow plow shoveling snow up against your car so bad that you had to dig yourself out to get to work. Laziness at its finest!! I also learned that if you are from the minority race you are treated so different than if you are white. This is so true in my case that the manager once I had problems with a tenant whom was not abiding to the terms and conditions of his lease, I did inform the manager of my disabilities that I currently faced. The Manager refused to do anything about it except stating I will talk to them. After MONTHS of terrorizing by this tenant and numerous complaints through the Niles Company, whom did absolutely nothing, they decided they will move him to another apartment within the complex. The manager had the Maintenance personnel from the Niles Company and her husband moves them to another apartment. One day later I received my little “get out” letter taped to my apartment door. She did not have the common decency to give it to me personally. The next day, I received a 2nd notice that I had to sign for in the mail. I could not believe that I have not received any complaints either verbally or written, This Witch had the nerve not to renew my lease!!! The Niles Company, whom I talked to also, told them that it was during the Christmas Holidays and such all that Sandra said that this is horrible and I will take care of it…. AGAIN NOTHING!!!. They did nothing to try to rectify the notice. I would NOT recommend this Getto to anyone whom is wishing to move there, because it is worse than the Twilight Zone!!!

I also heard that they did not renew a tenants lease because they told the manager that they were a disabled veteran that has possibly PTSD!!! This is a shame that Lakeview Gardens Apartments and the Niles Company treat our Veterans that way!!!! This is a disgrace!!!!!
