Car Spa Detail Center

I have actually been here before and had a great transaction. The first time, I walked in with no appointment, it was fast and they did a good job. Which is why I was so surprised the second time around...



I made an appointment and showed up - the man walked over my car to inspect it and was very rude. He told me that because I had a third row in my SUV, it was automatically 50% more. I half joked with him that my third row is a waste and that it couldn't fit a baby doll (it's an '07 highlander - most of them don't have the third row for that reason). But he didn't budge, or smile, or stop being rude. He seemed mad to have to talk to me.



So I left, and was called to say it was done about 3 hours later. I consider the work done to be an interior cleaning - they vacuumed/shampooed the carpets and wiped down the dash. When I pay $200 for a detail, i expect them to do the details - in the air vents, cleaning the sees of the seats, etc. It was the way that i would clean my car on a Sunday. I am not impressed and certainly will not pay that much money for a mediocre clean and rude customer service again.

I was given a gift to get my car detailed here, and very excited since I work nearby. Two hours after I dropped off the car the Manager called me telling me they were going to charge me extra because of dog hair. Well, my car was not that dirty plus I use a cover to protect my seats in the RARE occasion that I have my dog in the car, plus my car interior is leather. I told him in no way I was going to pay extra and to stop and I would be there to pick up my car. Once I got there, he had left, my car was completely clean as had been paid for ($159.00!). I talked to the gentleman who cleaned my car and he even told me my car was not bad as well. So I tipped him!



Go to Framingham Ford to get equally as nice of a detail if not better, for only $120.00 and nothing extra for anything, but with a big thank you and smile. That is where I will continue to do my business, for they know what customer service is all about to build a customer base!
