Melrose Royal Cleaners

I took my shirt in to have it pressed, they melted the buttons, the shirt was still dirty and i can iron wrinkles in my own shirt i did not need to pay someone to do that. I spoke to the manager and she stated she would take care of it, i went back the next week the shirt was still on the hanger nothing had been done, once again the manager stated she would take care of it.I stopped by the next week she stated it was out getting buttons put on, this was three weeks later, i said thats fine just give me a call when it's done. I called today again to see if it was done the manager said it had been back for a few day's i asked why she did not give me a call she stated they don't keep phone numbers and they don't call any of there customers,i said not even a customer that you damaged his shirt and have had it for a month, she stated not even then. This girl needs a lesson in customer service and she does not need to be in a customer related field as she is not a manager and she will run that place in the ground.I will never use them again and will tell all my friends and family what a poor experience i have had..... Its all about cutomer service in every business today......get a clue!!!!!!!!!
