Kabinart Kitchens

Working with designer Craig Hyer of Kabinart Kitchens was a real pleasure. Craig is imaginative, innovative in his use of the Kabinart product and endlessly service oriented. We were able to achieve our ideal kitchen well within budget. No new house project is without challenges, but he met them all with our desired end in mind. A great experience.

If you expect your cabinets to come in undamaged. If you expect your cabinets to come in when promised. If you expect Kabinart to expedite the replacement of the damaged cabinets you better buy another line. Kabinart appears to lack any quality control or any concern for the customer.

I was told at the time of placing my order that I should expect the cabinets to ship in 3-4 weeks. The cabinets finally showed up 9 weeks later. When they did show up 3 of the 15 cabinets came in damaged. It will be 20 days from the time that the replacement cabinets were ordered to the time I was told that I should expect them to ship. It's just ridiculous!!!

We just received our new cabinets from Kabinart in Tennessee. We live in the Pittsburgh area and had several cabinets to pick from. We only waited 3 1/2 weeks for our order to arrive. All 28 boxes arrived and there was not one damaged box. We haven't got them all installed, but they are beautiful. The cabinets are very well built and I would recommend Kabinart to anyone. I do recommend you have a good designer to make certain your order is the size of cabinets you need. A lot of time and effort went into designing our new kitchen that we relocated in our dining room that we never used and was a larger room.

I purchased Kabinart Cabinets for my new kitchen remodel. Chose them on the recommendation of the company I purchased them through and the quality of their cabinets and their statement of quality of excellance. But to my disappointment they do not stand behind the quality they say they produce and customer satisfaction. I have cabinets that the 3 out of 4 drawers are the total wrong cabinet. You would think they would notice this before they ship out to the consumer. I have cabinets that have major marks in them and a pantry unit that has total discoloration that is obvious. I have shelves that the veneers that are totally coming off, cabinet missing a shelf. I have an island with miss matched style on it. My company contacted them and got me replacements and they came in 5 weeks and all marked up. No shelves. They are now telling the company I purchased from they will not replace them again. They print and advertise they give a 10 year warranty. I'm beginning to wonder how good that is and if they stand behind that. I should be enjoying my kitchen, instead I'm in a battle to get what I paid for and the quality I thought I would be getting from a company that states that's what they are about. SO BUYER BEWARE OF PURCHASING KABINART CABINETS!!!! I will not recommend them to anyone and will direct anyone I hear to look at another cabinet line.
