The absolute worst. Stay away from this lying, fraudulent company.

Last week Mr. Chris Goetz came to court to testify against my father in a real estate conflict that he had no business involving himself in. The entire company is totally ok with supplying questionably, probably fraudulent surveys that you can pay them to do where they will deliberately ignore warranty deeds and metros own established boundary lines if you pay them enough to do so.

We WON our case and requested them to withdraw the survey and they refused. It's incredulous not to do so when they were found to be clearly wrong in court. We will file an official complaint with the board of surveyors. Mr. Goetz and Dale & Associates should have never gotten involved but as they seem fully content with their actions, I feel it is best for other people to know so they can stay away from this morally and ethically poor surveyors. Don't do business with them.

i love how organized they are... i once hired dale to fix a huge part of a blockage some sort of scaffolding at the Baymads..it was a mess until dale assoc rescued that road..very cost efficient

As a out of town developer, I was directed to Dale and Associates by several local commercial realtors. My project involved rezoning and stormwater issues that had to be solved before my project was approved. They meet with individual Councilmembers to insure my zoning was approved then met with the Stormwater Committee and took care of my issues where others had failed. These engineers are obvioulsy smart and well connected.
