        I wanted to have a great experience here, after getting a referral from someone in Lousiville, where this company is based, but I did not. The designer was hard to reach and at some point just fell off the face of the earth. I still have the wood samples from there! After going elsewhere, I realized something else I didn't like about working with Chris' Custom Cabinets. This may work for some people, but they weren't helpful in making decisions, deferring to me on everything. As a homeowner, I don't want to be bullied into a decision, but a little expert guidance is very much appreciated.
