I have NO doubt whatsoever that the latter half of 2008 and a very short time into 2009 my every word was listened to!!! How do I know???? My daughter was livid with me by the time I would get "opinions out of my mouth". Now she is at work, "He" is at work and I am home on my private phone. Someone please explain some other way all of this info got into their hands pronto!!!???? ALL of my friends had comments about my phone --"cut in/cut out" constantly UNTIL I finally started asking him - by name, are you finished for the day??

Zero stars if I am correct in my assumption that Level 3 or the like would have an exceptionally routine job to tap into any phone system to gather personal information on friends, enemies, etc., and how safe are our computers from the same tasks???? One other question - If illegal activities do exist by some simple minded employee - are there records 'on record' showing who tapped what?? My AT&T line, I strongly feel, was tapped through June of 2008. Too many "cut in & cut out" sounds (my friends would even hear them)
