I have used Lillian and her team for many transactions and their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service exceed my expectations every time. I would highly recommend First Integrity Title!

Our realtor directed us to First Integrity Title for the closing of a real estate property that includes a mobile home on purchased land located in a mobile home community in Naples, Florida. We closed with Ms. Lillian Elizondo-Mobsby on May 11, 2016. Two weeks after the closing the water company shut off the water service for non payment - a 3 month past due bill of the previous owner. I contacted Ms. Lillian and was told that, "Collier County Water Dept was the worst government entity to deal with," but to go ahead and pay the $188 bill and she would contact the previous owner and send me a refund check. I received the check within a few days. This title company did not properly search. I didn't complain as mistakes are made.

However as July came around I contacted her to inquire why I hadn't received the title policy, warranty deed or the titles to the double wide mobile home. She responded that it usually takes a while but she would look into it. I found this quite unusual but I waited. Mid July I contacted her again and was told it was in the mail. I did receive the title policy and filed warranty deed on July 20th but not the title to the mobile home. Again, I contacted Ms. Lillian to which she replied that the Department of Motor Vehicles had returned the certificate of title to her office pending additional required paperwork. This, she stated, had been on her desk for two weeks. TWO WEEKS! I was never contacted. She added an excuse that she had been away for a while due to a death in the family - quite understood however, that is what title assistants are for. She requested I submit additional Trust documents (which she already possessed) to resubmit the title transfer and that this time she would do it in person. I sent her the docs and waited....and waited.

On September 6th I paid an unexpected visit to her office. to make a very long story short, she returned the certificates with a partial refund check for her services and title transfer fees of $250 so I could do the transfers myself because... and I quote ..." I don't have the time to stand for six hours at the MVD for this." She was extremely rude and sarcastic. I left her office and went directly to the MVD office to transfer the titles - I waited 6 minutes in line and 10 minutes for the clerk to process the titles. Ms. Lillian Elizondo-Mobsby is the president of First Integrity Title, Inc. and the most unprofessional title officer I have ever dealt with in my numerous real estate transactions.

SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
