Christy Cugini Jr MD Facp Face

Dr. Cugini has been my doctor for many years now. He has helped me to solve a number of my health issues and I absolutely adore him. I have recommended him to several of my friends and he has been instrumental in helping them to solve their health issues, too. I would recommend him without hesitation as he is an expert diagnostician and healthcare professional.

I seen this provider 4 times, i don't think i ever got more than 5 minutes w/him, in that short time he was very rude and cold. He failed to have the correct information for my condition telling me "my thyroid was going to die." hardly a great explanation for a DX that i had recv'd. His front ofc girl virginia is EVEN WORSE, so bad she s/b FIRED, she was very CONFRONTATIONAL every visit i was there. Upon complaining one day about the way that she treated me her superiors did not seem to care, stating that " She's from NY" So that makes it ok to insult a patient and give BAD CS? apparently so. I also tryed esculating the complaint to the administrator (Richard Estes) of the bldg, and he did not listen he yelled & that was about it. I would NEVER see any dr. or visit naples medical cntr again after how i was treated, they are not getting a penny from me THEY DON'T DESERVE IT.
