        Nova Group is a general engineering contractor. Nova primarily provides infrastructure construction services to federal government agencies throughout the United States and internationally and is experienced in hydrant fueling, waterfront and utility construction. Its major projects include the San Diego Carrier Wharf, Guam II hydrant fueling, Pearl Harbor dry dock and the Oakland Wharf. Nova Group is actively involved in both electric and diesel powered cutter suction dredging in the harbors and coastal and inland waterways of the Pacific Coast. Its fleet and support vessels are centered on two non-self propelled dredges. Nova Group was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Napa, Calif.
