Excellent floor installation and refinish. Was always on time and finished on time. I would use him again and highly recommend Michael's Hardwood Floors.

Absolutely reeked of weed, very unprofessional!
Was pretty cheap, I think floors were okay AT BEST. There are much better options for hardwood floors in Napa.
It was hard to communicate through text, sounded like he was illiterate so I was very hesitant but we were seriously desperate for some new floors quickly so we went though with it. In person communication was okay, seemed like a nice guy at first. Now I really wish we saved up more to hire a better contractor.
Would not recommend unless you're absolutely desperate and/or have money troubles.
