        My husband was in a horrific accident and CHP had his car towed by this company. The tow truck driver refused to take my information at the time of the tow and demanded he keep the registration. It's now over a week later and they have not returned the registration. When I called the owner/manager told me it was not his problem and not a big deal that they lost it. He claimed the driver told him he returned it to me. When I tried to explain that the driver did not and how this wasn't acceptable and is an issue because our information is on the registration they lost, he kept talking over me and then hung up on me. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY.
