Kitchen Remodeling

Bathroom Remodeling
Flooring
“Gray Haven” at the Eliza G. Yount Mansion is complete seismic restoration, including new foundation and full interior remodel of NRHP-listed dwelling built in 1884. Work included restoration of original hardware, doors, windows, flooring and fireplace surrounds. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems replaced and completely updated to current codes, and further installation of fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems beyond code requirements. Bruce Tucker Construction removed, stored and reinstalled and refinished original woodwork.
Door Installation/Replacement
This 4,376 square foot two-story residence was demoed down to the studs for a complete remodel of the four bedroom and five bathroom single-family home. This home features new Marvin windows and doors with custom-built front entry door and quatrefoil window. The exterior siding was replaced with stucco and cast stone sills were added to the windows. Two rooms were combined to create a single large living area using steel columns and beams to support the second floor. We created a new central office with a built-in day bed. The existing kitchen was remodeled with new cabinets, island, countertops and backsplash. Floors throughout were replaced with white oak wood flooring.
Framing
Rebuild of three structures that burned down in the 2017 Atlas Peak Fire at the Jarvis Estate. The Peace house is a 456 square foot one bedroom cottage, The garage is an 1,800 square foot four car garage with a loft on the upper level, and the barn is an 8,092 square foot agricultural building equipped with a bathroom on the lower level and a fully finished 2,572 square foot mezzanine level. The barn structure was constructed of slab-on-grade foundation with structural steel main frames and wood infill framing. The project included all new infrastructure and site surfacing.
Tile Installation
A complete rebuild of a single family home that was lost in the 2017 Atlas Fire. This new residence is 3000 square foot, three bedroom and three bathroom single story, with a large central great room. The great room is adorned with decorative white oak beams, large 48” gas fireplace, and access to a covered terrace that overlooks the Silverado Trail. Custom kitchen cabinets and white oak vanities with tile backsplash and tile flooring throughout. The exterior includes colored concrete walkways and a custom built koi pond at the entry. The residence has a stucco exterior, standing seam metal roof, and a carport with matching finishes.

Renovation of 150 privately owned condominiums that are rented by the resort as hotel rooms. This project included renovations of kitchens, living spaces, fireplaces, bedrooms and bathrooms
Cabinet Installation

New Construction
New construction of a 3,300 square foot home overlooking the beautiful Napa Valley. This residence includes three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, attached garage and a large outdoor living space featuring an infinity pool.
Demolition
This was a demolition of an existing dwelling and construction of a new 7,200 square foot home. The project also included a renovation of the pool and adjacent surroundings.

Landscaping
Historical restoration of The Wine Spectator Office Building in downtown Napa. Complete overhaul of interior and exterior. 538 square foot addition, removal of unused upstairs; leaving an open view ceiling. New exterior landscaping and concrete walkup.
Retaining Walls
The project is a new winery building and hospitality center located on Silverado Trail in Calistoga. Winery structure is a 4,300 square foot wood framed structure with elevated tank pads and second floor lab and storage. Hospitality center is a 6,200 square foot wood and glass structure with expansive overhangs that allow visitors to take advantage of the views of the Palisades. This structure has main tasting, private tasting and commercial kitchen located on the first floor and administrative offices on the second floor. This facility includes a full system infrastructure to support the winery and hospitality usage. Below grade water detention systems will be used to irrigate site landscaping. The winery is off Silverado Trail with an entry road, crush pad and extensive site retaining wall systems around property.

Window Installation/Replacement
Structural retrofit of this 120 year old stone historic winery structure located just above Angwin. The project consisted of voluntary structural upgrades, full stone repointing, window and door refurbishment, roof re-build and new roof assemblies. This work brought new life into this jewel of history.
Patios
This project is an interior and exterior face lift to the existing structure that sits on Silverado Trail. The project is driven by the expansion of event and hospitality functions to elevate the consumers experience, it includes new scullery kitchen, tasting kitchen, screened in pavilion, expanded tasting room area, wine display systems and restroom upgrades. The site work for this project is extensive with new gravel pave parking expansion, elevated gardens, patios and outdoor tasting areas. Utility upgrades in include fire suppression infrastructure, new processed and domestic waste systems, reclaimed water systems. This reclaimed water will be used to irrigate and for fire suppression use.
Siding
Complete remodel of a 2,000 square foot wine studio located along the Silverado Trail. The wine studio includes a main tasting bar, indoor seating lounge, two private tasting rooms, two bathrooms and a new trellis offering covered outdoor seating. The main corridor features vaulted ceilings adorned with custom skylight panels. All new exterior landscaping will be executed while preserving existing oak trees. The exterior of the studio has clear cedar siding and a new composite shingle roof. Adjacent to the studio is an existing winery production building and offices which was given a fresh exterior paint and siding to match the studio.

Carpentry
Seismic retrofit and restoration. This project consisted of strengthening the structure using steel, wood and concrete components rising three stories inside the building. To allow for these installations the majority of the historical finishes were removed and were reinstalled. New tasting rooms and an events kitchen was created. The power and plumbing systems were all completely re-done. Also, a new ground source heat pump HVAC system was installed for the project consisting of 30 bores, interior and site piping to service seven new air handlers. All concrete frame and finish carpentry work completed by Bruce Tucker Construction.
