Was suppose to get a package on July 18, the driver tried to deliver it to my neighbor. Had to be signed for, saw ups coming out my driveway, tried to stop him and he kept on going. checked tracking showed they tried to deliver to wrong address. I contacted ups,driver was suppose to bring it back day. never came back.2 days later showed it was being delivered to a "ups access point" store for pickup. I get an email saying that package is going to be picked up from access point and redelivered to me in next 2 days. 3 days nothing. Check tracking it shows it is suppose to be at access point, the address they show is my home address.Called ups and as usual just get the recording with press this button,etc. Finally get a live person in India as usual. They show same info as me. A person from local office calls me back in 10 minutes. My package is still at the access point waiting for pickup, has been there for 5 days. Had to drive 15 miles to get package.
The last 7 out of 8 packages have been delivered to my neighbors house,
When I finally filed a complaint, my answer was the drivers state your house doesn't have a house number on it. The numbers are on both sides of mailbox, on the newspaper tube, on the front door of house.
I got 12 inch high numbers and put on the corner of the house right next to the driveway and apparently they still can't see them

Horrible hours. I tried to schedule a pickup but if they open at 3:00 PM I might as well wait for the damn truck. UPS management needs to pull their heads out of their rear and make this more customer friendly service since there is other ways to ship a package.

Horrible customer service. Delivered pkg to another town and thankfully that person brought it bavck but now they are holding my pkg hostage!!! No one can tell me when security will look in pkg for verification to release it to me...the rightful owner!!! From now on, fed ex for me. I will never ship ups again, most horrible service ever.

I am very disappointed with UPS. I live in east Meridian and work off Broadway in Boise. The drop off service is very inconsistent. They try three attempts at random times. But they don't actually do what they tell you they will do. If you work for a living you will never be home to claim a package. For two years straight I have had to drive to a amps to pick up my packages. (What's the point in paying for delivery if I always have to drive to Nampa to pick it up?) they also have terrible hours. 3pm-6pm? Again if you work, those hours are terrible. The door is hard to find as well. And after three attempts of delivering a package, they are supposed to hold it for pick up. (It say right on the paper on your door) then when you drive back out to Nampa, someone overrode they system to deliver all over again. So I still can't pick up my package. And ups refuses to work with me on delivering it to a place someone, anyone will be at. I have talked to every manager I can and they still refuse to work with their customers. I would pay extra to use any other company, even if it took longer. And for UPS, I will change this review if you can change anything about your horrible system.

I would give this only one star at the most. I have been trying to schedule a pickup for a package and was given only an 800 number which led to customer service on the East Coast. I was informed that they would be open from 3 - 6 but my package would not be there until after. They also said that pickups would be given from 7 - 9 pm. Not only this, they refused to give a local number in which to contact them directly where pertinent information could be given. The shop there is small and the parking is limited. They do have decent customer service inside, however, there is no way to contact them directly. Policy or not, this is a bunch of Bull

I called the toll-free number and got prompt and good service. BUT I do wish to register a complaint. I went to the main hub UPS location, 1324 20th St, Nampa and was VERY disappointed in the overall design of the complex. It is most definitely NOT designed for customers. The customer office is all the way in the very back of the complex with VERY little signage and not very helpful at that. Second thing is the hours of operation is horrible, a mere 3 hours, 3 - 6 PM and this information is NOT made known to the customer until he is finally able to find the office door which is very well hidden. Both the signage and hours of operation need to be a little more thoughtful of customers. Thanks for your time and consideration. Rich Richardson
