My wife went to this dealer to...

My wife went to this dealer to get a key made for our van. Nathan Bale at the parts counter cut a key and it did not work. He took it back inside to "grind" it down three different times. He was rude to my wife and blamed the van for the key not working.



I went in a couple days later to get them to cut me a new key as the one he cut was obviously a bad key it was sticky and did not even look like the original key. Nathan Bale was at the counter and was rude and would not cut a new key.



I went to another dealer and had a key cut. The key the other dealer made looked like my key and worked the first time very smoothly without having to be "grinded" on.



I went back to Tom Scott Honda to return the key and get my money back ($37.05). There was a different man there that had to check with some mysterious person in the back room. He came out and said they do not take returns on keys. He also said "if they even kind of work they do not take them back". Although this man was not nearly as rude as Nathan Bale was, he was not exactly nice.



My wife and I were never treated like our business was important.
