My husband and I went to the Nampa location today. Music was too loud and too modern for the group of people that were gathered for their Valentines day meal. When we arrived there were possibly 12-15 patrons including ourselves. We ordered quickly from the Valentines day menu specials, about 10 minutes went by before we received our drinks and the fresh baked bread which I may add was like a brick with flavorless butter, another 15 minutes before the blooming onion, another 20 minutes for our salads and yet another 20 minutes to receive our main dish. The food was sub par, service was slow steak was over cooked and cold by the time we received our side of A1 which for some reason isn't readily available on the tables. And of course our desert finally came and was a sad single slice of cheese cake for my husband and I to share. This was our very first experience at Outback and to say the least will be our last. The food is over priced and underwhelming bad music along with the slow service and terrible bread. When your customers are primarily 30's and up they don't want to hear Lady GaGa playing on surround sound.

Ordered takeout out: two baked potatoes, nicely done. A sweet potato that was still hard, raw, and cool in the middle. Could not cut it without a sharp knife. Cheesy broccoli; the cheese sauce was broken. It was a glob of brownish stuff and brown yellow water. It looked disgusting. Should have melted some Cheese Whiz, would have tasted been better and been prettier. Chef salad was good. Service good. Need to teach the chef how to make a real cheese sauce.

This is the best Outback Restaurant in the Boise area. We have been to all of them and the quality of the food and the service has been excellent especially compared to the others. We have continued to go back and will do so in the future. We have been happy with the prime rib and the ribs especially.

The service was terrible. It took a long time for the waitress to take our order. Then even longer to get our food. The manager didn't seem too concerned about the whole situation either. The food was OK.

Outback Steakhouse in Nampa, Idaho is nothing to brag about. My steak was not cooked as I ordered, the service was not very friendly and overall I just did not have a good time.
There are plenty of other places in the Treasure Valley that I would like to hand over my $$ for a good meal, this place is just not it.
I was also not pleased with their blooming onion, the batter was thin and the onion still too hard for my taste.
