First Choice Collision Repair

My mom damaged her car and she was devastated and didn't know what to do. I know Todd from First Choice Collision Repair because of all the non profit work he does out in the community. I took the car to Todd and he was there to reassure us that the car will be well taken care of. They did a fantastic job at repairing her vehicle. This is the best repair shop in the Treasure Valley. �There is no need to go to three different shops like a Mechanic, Tire shop and Auto Body shop if your car is damaged when all you need to go to is one (First Choice Collision). They went above and beyond for us. I made them my First Choice. �Milly, Todd and the crew are great.

I took my truck there after being referred by the GM dealer. When I picked it up I could visually see that the rear end was out of level by almost two inches. After further inspection I discovered they had shimmed the bed off the frame to make it appear level. The owner was "shocked". After the second visit I found that the frame was damaged and had slipped off the lift. Again the owner was "shocked". After two more visits they finally found damage on the front end that was causing the problems. I understand that nobody is perfect, but instead of being straight with the customer there MO seems to be to just cover it up and hope that the customer doesn't figure it out.

This was one of the very best experiences I have had, These people are a class act. They did a great job. They kept me informed all the way through the repair process.
