Use caution... Today was the second time I have left this establishment without receiving all that I had been charged for... thankfully when I left today and got gas nearby something in my gut told me to double check under the hood. Perhaps it was the glaring "check coolant" warning still displayed on my dash. (I know I'm a girl, and stereotypically not expected to know how to check these things, especially on a European car, but I do.) My coolant and wiper fluid had not been attended to, even though the invoice said it had been. Since this the second time it has happened to me, I turned right around and had them fill both properly. Sadly, it makes me question if my oil has been changed correctly or with the synthetic oil I paid for.... While the attendants are friendly, beverages and entertainment are offered, I'm afraid the attention to detail and full service has left me wanting.. $70 is no small charge for me... at that price I hope to get all I'm promised. While the issue at hand was resolved today, I'm unsure that I will be back a third time.
