        Overall

        My daughter called to verify closing time as it is Christmas eve. She blew a tire, found someone to come help her get a ride to you. Showed up 30 minutes before your closing time to find you had already closed. Bad customer service and I will be contacting corporate.

        Had Big O tires on my car, got a flat, drove into the lot, walked in the door, it was right at 5pm...but the door was still open. They refused to change/fix my tire...They lost me as a customer forever.
