Walgreens

I arrived around 3:35pm to inquire on a price for a prescription that I had a coupon for, the woman told me to sit down and she would take care of it. I sat in the waiting area. At 4pm, after the women had helped at least 5 other customers.

I came back at around 7:30 pm and I asked a different clerk if she can give me a price. She then looked it up and give me a price. Then she proceeds to tell me that my other three prescriptions had been filled. I originally had 4 prescriptions but only inquired about the price of 1. I then tell the one who had helped me the first time, the situation and she make excuses. She then tells me if I don't want them I don't have to take them.

I tell her my experience and she shrugs it off and explains to me that she is new. Then I again explain to her that I was never notified that I put in a prescription in the first place.

OH and to top it all off, when I got home and opened the bag, the pharmacy gave me my prescription AND one of my refills.
