Tire Town

Purchased tires here. Reasonable price, great service everybody on office was in a great mood. Service took a little over an hour to get completed. Recommend Your Town to anyone

Tire Town has become my go-to place for most anything automotive. Great prices on tires , free rotation, reasonable and prompt oil changes. They do brake work and almost everything except engine rebuilds. Great customer service.

The service was good until I questioned my bill. I was shocked how much it come too because I only had four tires removed and another set mounted and balanced and it cost 92.00 dollars. If they had actually had there prices posted then it wouldn't had been a issue I just would've had it done elsewhere. I asked how much it would be to mount and balance the tires and they said 8 dollars a tire and I was OK with that but they left out that it is almost double to remove the old tire. I even told the manager Mike that I had the same service done about a year ago at Northgate for half this price and he pulled out a card and said well they are now a Tire Town and it would've cost me the same there that it cost me at this location. I felt like he was trying to upset me and prove or justify the price he just gave me on the work that was done and that I was wrong for questioning the price. After that I paid and left but forgot my bill and I went back in to get it and Mike pulled it out of the trash and handed it to me. As I was leaving the girl said she put it in the trash because I left and didn't think I would want it and the other man standing there was laughing about it and said "I didn't put it in the trash I filed it for you." This made me upset beyond belief and I almost lost my temper but decided that the best action is to share my experience with whoever will read this. I'm local in Myrtle Beach and will tell all my friends and family to do there buisness elsewhere.

Wow, I found them on yellowpages.com and a bunch of other places too. I called them all, I spoke with Jan and she was the nicest out of all. Prices all about the same, except she gave me a total "out the door" price as she called it, and said there were no hidden fees. The other places didn't say that so I wasn't sure. When I got to the store it was clean and everyone was friendly. Some guy with a bunch of tatoos put my tires on, but he was friendly and I was in and out in 30 mins. I'll be back. James Stone.
