Wow worst company ever. They took our depost and let us move in. Then we soon learn the apartment is infested with bugs in the walls. We then talk to neighbors and they said the previous people staying there left cause they wouldn't do anything about it! When I put a hold on my check they said they were going to come after me but lucky I took pics and videos with my android. Shady company to do buisness with

I have used ocean front vacations twice in the past 9 months and both times have been a really easy process with no hassle.

While starting as a wonderful experience with Oceanfront Vacation ended terribly upon return, with outrageous and false claims of "excessive cleaning charges", due to feces and vomit on the walls! We would never dream of leaving any place in that condition. Either their cleaning company lies to them, or they falsify the claims to collect additional money. Either way, they chose to disregard their customer's word, and charged us the additional fee. Claim was filed with the Better Business Bureau.
