I will never use another vacation rental property owned or that is managed by Harrison Realty. The customer service provided is so awful. She did not address any of my concerns seriously. She is so unprofessional and was very condescending. I called with concerns about the vacation rental and she asked if she could call me back in a few b/c she just picked up her breakfast. She treated me as if I was bothering her instead of trying to remedy the situation quickly and professionally. There was sand in all the beds, thick dust on virtually every piece of furniture, the pool was dirty upon our arrival, the advertised grill was riddled with rust throughout, and coffee maker broken. I was assured that the house been sanitized, this house was not properly cleaned at all. Before I could even begin to enjoy my vacation stay, I had to clean the house, go buy a pool skimmer, buy coffee maker, and buy a grill. Harrison Realty has lost another customer. I am very disappointed in the service provided.
