El Cerro Grande

new dinner was bought out fiftenn Went their for dinner. Service was terrible, food was eatable but nothing to brag on. The booth we were in had tears in the seating and holes in the wall where a board had been put up. The waiter was hard to understand. He brought the wrong food for my wife and it had to be returned to the kitchen. The new meal came out in 15 minutes and it was swimming in a white sauce. The waiter bought the bill and it was about thirty dollars, which was reasonable. When he brought the bill I had to sign, the bill was Seventy dollars and he didn't even realize he had given us the wrong bill. The bill belong to the table next to us but he had charged it to my credit card which could not be voided for three to five days, so my account is short that amount of funds. I wouldn't recommend this p[lace to anyone. Poor appearance, service and food.

My fiance and i tried El Cerro Grande for the first time and ordered an appetizer of "cheese dip" which was pretty much 7 parts sour cream, 1 part white queso. Then they tried to rip us off by getting us to order a plate of food for $8.75, after we told them we didn't want the beans the plate included, and told us they would just take the beans off and still charge us full price. I don't think so...
