Have had Steven come out for multiple issues. My 2 toliets made a draining noise, which he replaced a part on both. It was resolved for about 1 week until it started making noises and having a leaking problem after work was done. The toilet issue has been resolved by another plumber.

Within the past week, I have had a water heater issue. Steven came out and immediately stated I would need a new water heater, which was fine. These repairs were needed in order to sell a home. He installed the new water heater after he purchased it at Lowes. 2 days later, the drip pan is full of water. I paid $400 to Perkins Plumbing for the new water heater since the old one was under warranty.

I have called Steven 6 times and left a voice-mail with each call regarding the water heater issue. This was since 5/15/15. Don't be fooled by the good reviews like me.

I would not recommend this plumber "Stephen" to anyone. Don't let his courteous manners fool you. He did a $3,000 job to re-pipe the plumbing in the house and he got paid and left the job half done. I didn't know that I had to follow behind him and check all his work. He only did the re-piping under the house and left all the faucets in the house hanging out of the wall. He left my disabled dad without hot water for 4 days before he came back out and then he still didn't finish his work. He would not answer my calls for 2 weeks, I had to have friends call him about this so he would answer the call. His estimate was for insulated peck pipe and a new stopper mechanism in the tub. He did not use the insulated peck pipe, and he got the water lines crossed. He did not replace the tub fixture which was worth $250 according to another plumbers estimate. He does not stand behind his work, and he is very dishonest. Twice he said he would come out and then didn't come. The quality of his work and the materials he used were very inferior and poorly done.
