He writes a low estimate and beats others out. Then he goes over budget and you have no choice but to pay. He will tell you that he will throw things in for free then as soon as you complain or when you decide to fire him he charges you for petty things that are 8-10 months old and charges 3 times what the service is worth. He even charges for things he breaks or his crew breaks. He leaves projects unfinished for months at a time. You can hire someone else who is honest for almost the same price. Don't get suckered in by the promises of free stuff or by bogus estimates. Pay the small amount extra and get the service you want and deserve.
