        Hepatitis C Training We treat all forms of Hepatitis including Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C. We educate patients on their condition and the treatment they will be receiving. For Hepatitis C patients, we offer classes at our office to train patients on their treatment. Clinical Research We conduct clinical trials in an effort to improve the healthcare of our communities. We can offer patients medical examinations, procedures, and medications free of charge. Health insurance is not required to participate and reimbursements for travel expenses and wages lost may be available to enrollees. Transportation We understand it can be difficult for some patients to arrange transportation. Therefore, we are now offering a free service to pick up patients at their residence, drive them to the facility where their procedure will be performed, and return them back to their residence at the conclusion of the procedure. Educational Seminars We also attempt to serve our patients and communities by providing them with a source for health education. We arrange and conduct seminars for anyone interested to learn about different and very interesting health topics on a recurring basis.

        One Star = Disappointing This about sums it up. This review does not extend to the medical services received. Just billing. I just received a bill in the mail that shows a co-pay of 12.00 that is over 120 days late. I called this company to pay it (Phone # listed on the bill for payment) and was referred to another number and rushed off the phone (us pesky bill payers can be a waste of time). When I called the new number, they told me to call back tomorrow.
        Then I wonder why I didn't get this bill sooner or why I'm even getting a bill as most places collect your co-pay at the desk before you are even seen by the doctor.
        Taking another look at the bill, they have my street name wrong. That may explain why I haven't received a bill. This bill made it based on the numeric alone. I'm going to guess that this has been reported to the credit agencies by now. Wow, a credit hit for a wopping 12 bucks. If only they were as competent with their clients as they were with the CRA's. If you do business with these people, you should protect yourself and expect incompetence on the part of billing. Pay your co-pay up front. Save your receipt. Verify they have your address in the system correctly. Yeah, I'm disappointed.
