Scrivens Waste Disposal and Recycling Service

I have used their service for over a year. I pay for the year in advance. We didn't get our service last week and I chose to move my service to another provider. After requesting to close the account and receive a refund for our advance payment (8 months of service) I was told no refunds. When I pressed that this is nowhere in writing on my bill, I was then told there was a "merger" with another company and "they" have my money. Again, no refunds. When I suggested I may take legal action, I was met with a racial slur, expletive language and then hung up on. Very unprofessional business practices. My experience today was enough to warn anyone else to stay away.

I have been a customer of Scrivens since day one. They haver reliable trash pickup that is usually prompt and on time. I have had a few issues over the years but worked them out easily. I totally recommend this company for trash pickup.
