Mid-Tenn Metal Exchange

I called because I have a huge pile of scrap aluminum that I needed removed and was told rudely they do not do pickups. While I was asking if they could recommend someone that could pickup, the lady on the phone was talking to someone in the background and when I finished asking, she said "Huh? what did you say?". She then told me they knew of no one that could pickup scrap metal when there are a ton around town. Lazy people. Not helpful at all. Call one of their competitors for much better service.
