Internal Medicine Associates Walk in & Urgent Care Clinic

Out of state visitor, I contracted severe upper respiratory infection-found this clinic on the internet w/good map instr to location. I am a octogenarian and a type 2 Insulin dependent Diabetic and very particular regards medical services. Walked in found the intake staff, courteous and alert to my distress. Offered assist to fill out req paper work, processed me quickly thru vital stats procedure and the FNP Unyime Eyoh started exam within 10-15min, and was very attentive to my responses and made detail inquiries of prescribed medications as well as my general condition prior to the virus infection. Bottom Line: I left w/proper prescriptions and within four days greatly relived and on the mend - I seriously recommend this clinic and staff to anyone who needs immediate and diligent medical care. unitecgs@gmail.com

Do yourself a favor and forget this place. I am not usually one to go out of my way to write a negative review for anything, but my experience this morning with this business definitely warrants such a review. I arrived to my 10:00 appointment this morning- my son was to recieve some travel shots- only to find that no one was there. (They supposedly open at 10 on Saturdays). We waited outside, me growing increasingly frustrated, until someone arrived at 10:10. This person gave my son and me a strange look, and she proceded to open the door. I asked her if she was the doctor, and she told me in a thick accent that she is a nurse practicioner. I told her that I have a 10 o'clok appointment (mind you, by this time, it's after 10:10). She said nothing in response, and proceded to unlock the door and then shut it behind her as I stood there outside. She gave me no explanation, no apology, NOTHING. I was frustrated but hoped that we could just go on and get the shots, so we went inside to wait. After several more minutes of waiting in silence, I asked this same lady-the nurse practicioner- what was going on. She told me she "didn't know what to tell me", and that the rececptrionist wasnt there. She said this flatly with no explanation or apology. I then decided that this was an omen not to have my son's shots here- how completely unprofessional. I would not ever go back to this place- what kind of doctor's office is this anyways? AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
